Like so many of you, our Team at Berry Law Offices has felt coronavirus (COVID-19) deeply impact our lives. We are taking the situation with the coronavirus very seriously. We making the necessary adjustments to our operations to be able to serve you and our community with your legal needs.
We have one simple objective that is guiding our decisions:
keeping you, your families, and our employees safe
while continuing to provide you uninterrupted service.
Berry Law Offices will remain open during this period and will assess the situation regularly. Although we do not anticipate a service disruption, we have made several adjustments to our procedures in response to the threat of the coronavirus:
We have the capability to conduct meetings remotely through on-demand online meetings or by telephone and are strongly encouraging all clients to utilize these alternative meeting methods.
We have been fully operational for remote online access by our clients and Team for several years. As such, we have the ability to coordinate the exchange of documents through secure emails and or our online portal.
We are limiting access to our office by appointment only.
When office appointments are necessary, we are actively practicing social distancing between our Team members and our clients using the "6-foot rule".
Our Team is sanitizing all desks, doors, chairs, and other common services in our office between each office visit.
Our Team is aware of the importance of washing their hands and working from home if they feel sick.
We have a dropbox available for you to deliver documents to avoid the need for any direct contact or exposure.
We will continue to monitor the coronavirus (COVID-19) updates, and will respond based upon the ongoing situation.
