1. Relationships
We are dedicated to the creation of a rapport and connection among our team members based upon these 12 cultural components of our firm. It is our belief that a close rapport and connection among our Team will result in significant relationships with our clients allowing us to develop cooperative solutions on behalf of our clients.
2. Flexibilty
Although we recognize that various client requests cannot be accomplished within the normal business hours or at our location, we believe that our Faith and families are of greater importance in our lives. Accordingly, our dedication to our clients must be balanced against time needed to realize our other priorities.
We believe in an atmosphere of true appreciation for our team members that accomplish outstanding results for our firm and clients by going above and beyond their job duties. Our clients’ appreciation for our outstanding services is measured in the form of referrals.
We believe that collaborative Team solutions result in a gratifying work experience and produce superior solutions for our clients.
We believe that each team member must be given the ability to acquire solutions with minimal assistance while trusting each member to determine when additional assistance or collaborative team solution is required.
We believe that all that when we speak, communicate and act with our team and our clients that it must be based upon trust and honesty.
We believe that our firm must develop and implement tools, strategies and methods through continuing education and technology to create consistent and efficient results for our clients.
We believe that each team member must commit to the enthusiastic implementation of these 12 points of culture in order to provide exceptional services on behalf of our clients and an enjoyable working environment for our Team.
A key to the success of the firm is the establishment of open and transparent lines of communication coupled with attentive and active listening. We will strive to manage our expectations, both in relation to each other as well as with our clients. This will eliminate the need for guesswork and assumptions, thereby enabling greater trust and efficiency.
Dedicated commitment to timely and efficient task completion.
Each team member needs to exhibit a willingness to accept individual ownership and responsibility in completing tasks. Similarly, each team member needs to possess an ability to acknowledge any shortcomings and mistakes and to learn from them accordingly. Each team member shall be accountable for completion of their designed tasks whether assigned at weekly file review meetings or as part of the team member’s job description within the time frame defined. As each team member recognizes that the productivity of the firm depends on each team members’ individual production, each team member must also be accountable for the successful achievement of the team members’ monthly billable hours requirements.
